Simple Process

How It Works

Pick your dates

Click your start and end dates on the availability calendar. Each day shows how many panels are still free, so you can see clashes before they happen.

Get an instant quote

Choose your panel count and delivery option — the price updates live as you go. No surprises, and the refundable bond is shown up front.

Request your booking

Submit the form and you'll get a reference number and confirmation email straight away. The committee reviews and confirms every booking, usually within 2 business days.

      Handover & Condition

      • Panels are counted and condition-checked together at hire-out and again at return — both parties sign off the record.
      • Bookings are pending until confirmed by the committee (usually within 2 business days).
      • Self-collection is from the UTAS Sandy Bay campus at an agreed time. Bring a suitable vehicle — panels are bulky.
